McPherson Mansion

The McPherson Mansion was the home of Howell businessman Robert Bruce McPherson, at 915 N. Michigan Ave., was built in 1915 on a few acres that was a mint farm for perfume. His wife Eva McPherson and two boys, Robert and Fredrick was their with them. In 1918 President Taft visited the mansion, as well as on another date, auto tycoon Henry Ford came by for a visit to Howell MI.
